SHIPPING POLICY — RADIATE 

We’re happy to ship our handcrafted candles all across India through our trusted courier partners. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order will be packed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing
• We usually dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
• Once an order is dispatched, we’re unable to make changes to it.

Estimated Delivery Timelines
Our delivery estimates after dispatch are:
• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
• Other Urban/Regional Areas: 2–7 business days
• Remote or Outstation Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines depend on the courier and may vary due to weather, holidays, strikes, or unexpected delays. We’ll always try to help if something takes longer than expected.

Order Tracking
• You’ll receive a tracking link by email or SMS as soon as your order ships.
• Sometimes tracking updates reflect slowly — this depends on the courier.

Shipping Charges
Shipping fees (if any) will be shown at checkout before payment.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the delay/error is from our side.

Accurate Shipping Details
Please make sure that your address, pincode, and phone number are correct while placing the order.
Incorrect or incomplete details can lead to delivery delays or return-to-origin (RTO) situations.

Return-to-Origin (RTO)
If a package is returned to us because:
• delivery was attempted multiple times but not accepted,
• the address was incorrect/incomplete, or
• the customer was unavailable or refused the package,

the parcel will come back to us. In such cases:
• We will deduct the actual forward + RTO courier charges.
• The remaining amount (if eligible for a refund) will be returned to your original payment method.
If the parcel reaches us damaged due to non-acceptance or courier handling after multiple attempts, Radiate cannot be responsible for product loss.

Delayed Deliveries
We try our best to ensure timely delivery, but some delays are outside our control (weather, courier backlogs, strikes, public holidays, remote area restrictions). If your order seems delayed, please reach out — we’re always happy to help.

Lost or Misrouted Shipments
If your order seems stuck, misrouted, or lost:
• We’ll raise a support ticket with the courier and follow up for you.
• Courier investigations usually take between 7–15 working days.
• Refunds can be processed only after the courier confirms the parcel as lost.
We’ll stay in touch with you throughout the process.

Damaged or Tampered Parcels
If the outer box looks open, torn, or tampered with:
• Please record a quick video before opening it.
• Mention “Received in damaged condition” to the delivery agent if possible.
• Follow our Return & Refund Policy for damage claims.
Evidence is important because damage during transit must be verified by the courier.

Split Shipments
In some cases, items from a single order may reach you in separate parcels. Don’t worry — you won’t be charged extra for this.

International Shipping
We currently ship only within India.
If we expand internationally in the future, customs duties, import taxes, and international courier delays will be the customer’s responsibility.
