We take pride in our handcrafted candles and want you to be happy with every purchase. Please read this policy carefully so we can resolve any issue smoothly and fairly.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Tampered Orders
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or tampered with, please follow these steps within 24 hours of delivery:
- Record an unboxing video from start to finish showing the sealed package, product condition, and packaging. The unboxing video is required for all damage/incorrect claims.
- Email us at radiatecandles24@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +917011145443 with your order number, a brief description of the issue, photos, and the unboxing video.
- Once the claim is verified, we will issue a refund for the affected item in the same account payment was made through. We do not offer replacements.
Please note: Claims may be rejected if the unboxing video is missing, incomplete, or shows signs of tampering, improper handling, or use after delivery.
No Returns or Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Items purchased on sale, through discount codes, with gift cards, or in promotional bundles are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Hygiene, Safety, and Usage Conditions
Used, burned, opened, altered, or display items missing their original packaging or labels cannot be accepted for any refund consideration. Candles showing signs of use or improper handling will not qualify for refunds.
No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different product, you may place a fresh order after your approved refund has been processed.
Refunds
After your claim is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Processing time may vary based on your bank or payment provider. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
Return-to-Origin (RTO) Policy
If an order is not accepted at the time of delivery, refused by the customer, or returned to us due to incorrect address, incomplete address, unavailability, or repeated failed delivery attempts:
• We will deduct the actual two-way shipping and RTO charges incurred by
Radiate.
• The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
If the parcel returns to us damaged because it was not accepted or was mishandled after multiple delivery attempts, Radiate is not responsible for any loss in product value.
Fraud Prevention and Abuse Policy
To protect Radiate and genuine customers, we reserve the right to:
• Request identity verification for suspicious or high-value orders.
• Reject claims that appear fraudulent, inconsistent, or unsupported by evidence.
• Cancel or block orders placed with false information, repeated refusals, or unusual activity.
• Contest false chargebacks and seek recovery of losses caused by fraudulent claims.
We will cooperate with courier partners and authorities where necessary.
Returns Process
Approved returns must not be sent without our instructions.
For security reasons, we do not publish our return address publicly. If a return is required, we will provide the correct return address privately via email or phone.
Cancellations
For Cancellations please contact us within 12 hours of placing the orders online. Requests received after dispatch details and tracking code sharing will not be cancelled.
International Orders
Customs duties, import taxes, and international shipping charges are non refundable. Return shipping for international orders must be paid by the customer unless the issue is due to our error.
